灯盏花素联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察灯盏花素联合α-硫辛酸治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法 90例糖尿病周围神经病变患者分为2组。治疗组45例,每日给予灯盏花素40 mg,α-硫辛酸600mg。对照组45例,每日给予甲钴胺500μg。2组疗程皆为4周。结果治疗组临床疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论灯盏花素联合α-硫辛酸治疗可明显改善糖尿病周围神经病变。
