健康促进对早期埃尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响

The Effect of Health Promotion on Quality of Life of Patients with Early Alzheimer Disease

目的探讨健康促进对早期埃尔茨海默病患者生活质量的影响。方法将40例埃尔茨海默病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用老年科常规护理,研究组在此基础上实施系统的健康促进活动,运用生活质量指数评定量表进行评估。结果①两组患者入院时各指标比较无显著性差异(t=0.34,P>0.05);②对照组出院时各指标与入院时比较无显著性差异(t=0.56,P>0.05);③研究组出院时身体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、社会功能及总体生活质量等指标明显增加,各指标与入院时比较有显著性差异(t=3.87,P<0.05)。结论健康促进提高了早期埃尔茨海默病患者的生活自理能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of health promotion on quality of life of patients with early Alzheimer disease.Methods A total of 40 patients with Alzheimer disease were divided randomly into research group and control group.The control group were used by conventional care,and the research group were nursed with the systemic health promotion activities besides conventional care.Their quality of life were assessed by quality of life index rating scale.Results ①There was no significant difference in quality of life（t=0.34,P0.05） between two groups patients at admission;②The index of control groups at discharge compared to admission showed no significant difference（t=0.56,P0.05）;③The parameters of research group were significantly high at discharge including physical functioning,role function,emotional function,social function and overall quality of life,which were significant differences（t=3.87,P0.05） compared to the time of admission.Conclusion Health promotion can improve self-care ability and quality of life of patients with the early Alzheimer disease.
