武警心理健康与人格、防御机制、自我感受的关系

The Relationship between Mental Health and Personality,Defensive Mechanism,Self -value Feeling of Armed Policemen

目的了解武警官兵心理健康与人格、防御机制、自我价值感、社会支持间的关系。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、16PF心理健康因子、DSQ及自编社会支持和自我感受的自陈式问卷法进行测量。结果 16%官兵有心理健康问题,武警官兵的心理健康各因子分值与军人差异检验中最小(t=-3.20,P=0.008)心理健康状况与其他变量相关的最小r值为0.18,对应的P为0.004;依次进入SCL-90总分回归方程的分别是不成熟型、紧张、兴奋、中间型、忧虑、同级支持、下属支持、理想现实差距,R均方为0.466;进入自我感受各因子的回归方程的人格因子、防御机制、社会支持因子有所不同。结论人格因子、防御机制因子、社会支持以自我感受因子与武警官兵的心理健康有关。兴奋性、忧虑性和紧张性人格因子,防御机制中的不成熟型和中间型防御机制以及同级和下级支持、个体理想和现实差距感对武警心理健康状况的影响更大;稳定性与成熟和不成熟、上级支持通过影响理想和现实差距感继而影响心理健康。

Objective To explore the relationship between mental health and personality,defensive mechanism,self-value sense and social support of armed policemen.Method Using the normal instruments including SCL-90,the items of mental health factors of 16PF,DSQ,and the self-editing questionnaire about social support and self-value feeling.Results Firstly,16% of military policemen had some mental health problem,the smallest t value,which difference of mental health factors between the armed police and soldier was-3.20,the corresponding p was 0.008.Secondly,the smallest r between mental health and other variables was 0.18,and the corresponding p was lower than 0.01.Thirdly,the factors entering the regression equation of mental health were non-mature defensive mechanism,intensity,excitation,the middle defensive mechanism,apprehension,social support from the same and sub class,the disparity between ideal and reality in sequence,and the R square was 0.466.Lastly,the self-value feeling was influenced by mental health,personality factors and defensive mechanism.Conclusion The main influencing factors which are related to the mental health are the excitation,the tension,apprehension,the non-mature and the middle defensive mechanism,the disparity between ideal and reality and social support from the same and sub class.Secondly,stability,mature and non-mature defensive mechanism and the superior support act on mental health through the disparity between ideal and reality.
