摘要
目的构建中职教师胜任特征模型。方法通过文献查阅和问卷调查,确立编码词典;通过行为事件访谈,初步构建中职教师胜任特征模型;通过探索性因素分析,确定模型的维度和结构。结果①优秀组与普通组在访谈时间(t=0.695,P>0.10);访谈文稿长度上(t=1.641,P>0.10)无显著差异;胜任特征发生的总频次在两组之间有显著性差异,优秀组高于普通组(t=7.324,P<0.001);②优秀组和普通组在15个胜任特征上存在显著差异(P<0.05);③探索性因素分析显示:KM O=0.762,碎石图在第4个因子处转折,累计贡献率达68.29%。结论中职教师胜任特征模型由人际沟通能力、奉献精神、专业素养和成就动机4因子构成。
Objective To establish the competency model of secondary vocational school teachers.Methods On the basis of literature review,questionnaire survey,and behavior event interview,this study constructed the competency model by exploratory factor analysis.Results ①There were not significant differences in interview time(t=0.695,P0.10) and length of documents(t=1.641,P0.10)between the group of excellent teachers and that of ordinary ones.but was significant difference in frequencies of competencies(t=7.324,P0.001), ②There were significant differences in 15 competencies between the group of excellent teachers and that of ordinary ones(P0.05).③Exploratory factor analysis showed the KMO was 0.762.There were 4 main factors,which decided 68.29% of the total variance.Conclusion The competency model of secondary vocational school teachers is composed of interpersonal communication competence,spirit of devotion,professional qualities and achievement motivation.
