介绍了DOT-3AAX标准对大容积钢制无缝气瓶的材料、壁厚设计、开孔连接、热处理及水压试验等方面的要求及特许标准E8009对盛装压缩天然气的3AAX气瓶的特殊要求 ,并分析了气瓶组合式运输设备的安全设计。

In this article, the requirements of the material, thickness design, opening and connection, heat treatment and hydrostatic test in DOT-3AAX standard for the large volume gas cylinders were introduced. The special requirement of special permission standard E8009 for the gas cylinders filled with compressed natural gas was also stated in the article. Then, the safety design of the gas cylinder combined transport equipment was analyzed.
