摘要
工程上存在一些结构或载荷相对于跨中截面为非对称的双鞍座卧式容器 ,这些容器的设计计算超出了GB150-89的范围 ,目前国内也尚无其它标准可引用。本文采用材料力学中梁的受力分析方法给出了这类容器中支座反力和最大轴向弯矩的计算方程。结合Zick法的基本假设 ,这些方程为工程上解决这类容器的设计提供了一种可行的方法 ,该方法可作为过程设备设计工程师的一种参考。
There are some horizontal vessels with double saddles, in which the structure or loads are asymmetric to the mid-span section, in engineering practice. The design of these vessels is beyond the scope indicated in GB150-89. Moreover, there is no other standard in our country, which can be cited in engineering. In this paper, the beam analysis method was applied to derive the equations for calculating the support forces and maximum axial moments acting on the vessels. With the hypothesis of Zick method, these equations can be used as one practical method to design this kind of vessels and can be referred by the process equipment engineers in the practice.
