摘要
目的编制大学生就业焦虑问卷。方法采用分层整群取样的方法对山西省6所高校的2300名大一至大四在校学生进行问卷调查。通过项目分析筛选题目,对数据进行探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析,检验问卷的信度和效度。结果大学生就业焦虑由社会背景、家庭影响、自身素质、学校环境组成,可解释总方差的54.4%。验证性因素分析各项指标支持4因素模型(χ2=3583.43,d f=496,χ2/d f=7.22,GF I=0.85,RM SEA=0.07,SRM R=0.06,GF I=0.85,NNF I=0.93,CF I=0.93),总问卷C ronbach'α系数为0.81,各维度的C ronbach'α系数在0.40~0.65之间。结论本编制的问卷具有很好的信度与效度,符合心理测量学的要求,可作为进一步研究的工具。
Objective To develop a questionnaire for college students job-hunting anxiety.Methods A total of 2300 students from 6 universities in Shanxi province were selected by stratified sampling method.Results There were 4 dimensions with regard to college students job-hunting anxiety,which were social background,family effect,self ability,school environment.They could explain 54.4% of the total variance,confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 4-factor model was statistically acceptable(χ2=3583.43,df=496,χ2/df=7.22,GFI=0.85,RMSEA=0.07,SRMR =0.06,GFI=0.85,NNFI=0.93,CFI=0.93).The Cronbach' α coefficients of the total scale was 0.81,and those of the dimensions were between 0.40 to 0.65.Conclusion The questionnaire has high reliability and validity,which meets the surveying requirement and can be used in further study.
