摘要 目的编制针对领导干部群体的情绪智力量表并检验其信效度。方法在文献综述、开放式调查、专家咨询等基础上构建量表,以C ronbach's'α系数检验量表的信度,以内容效度、结构效度检验量表的效度。结果量表由20个项目组成,包括情绪调节力、情绪影响力、情绪辩识力、情绪自察力4个维度,共解释方差60.421%。全量表的C ronbach's'α系数为0.890,4个分维度的C ronbach's'α系数分别为:0.869、0.777、0.749、0.727,验证性因素分析结果支持4因素模型。结论领导干部情绪智力量表有较好的信效度,可以作为领导干部情绪智力研究的测量工具。 Objective To establish leader emotion intelligence scale,and examine its reliability and validity.Methods Eatablishing scale on the foundation of literature review,open style investigation and specialist consultion,Cronbach's α was used to examine reliability,Content validity and structure validity were used to examine validity of scale.Results The leader emotion intelligence scale consisted of 20 items and 4 dimensions,namely ability of emotion regulation,ability of emotion influence,ability of emotion identification and ability of emotion self-awareness.they explained 60.421% variance,The internal consistency coefficient were separately 0.890,0.869,0.777,0.749 and 0.727.Confirmatory factor analysis showed four-factor model was correct.Conclusion The leader emotion intelligence scale has good reliability and validity,it can be used in study on leader emotion intelligence.
