摘要
随着城市文化娱乐产业和商业的兴旺发达,城市社会生活噪声污染成为群众反映的热点问题。根据城市社会生活噪声污染的特性,针对社会生活噪声污染监测和管理上的难题进行探讨;进一步提出社会生活噪声污染防治对策与建议,主要有加大宣传教育力度,提高环境法制意识,严格执行环保审批制度,加强社会生活噪声的管理,做好合理的规划等。
Along with the prosperity of culture and entertainment industry and commerce,urban community noise pollution becomes a hot issue.According to the characteristics of urban community noise pollution,the difficulties in community noise pollution monitoring and management were discussed and community noise pollution countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.This paper presents relevant control measures,mainly focused on strengthening public education efforts to raise awareness of environmental law;enforcing environmental approval system strictly;intensifying the management of urban community noise and making rational plans.
