经济欠发达地区不同职业人群心理健康状况研究

Research on Mental Health of Different Occupations in Underdeveloped Region

目的掌握经济欠发达地区不同职业人群的心理健康状况及特点,为构建科学合理的具有针对性的心理健康教育模式提供依据。方法运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对533名来自3种职业的被试进行心理健康测查。结果医护人员、个体商户及部队官兵的心理健康各因子得分显著高于全国成人常模(t=3.87,P<0.000);不同人群在心理健康的各因子存在显著差异(躯体化F=2.97,P<0.05,强迫F=11.63,P<0.000,抑郁F=3.08,P<0.05,敌意F=4.56,P<0.05)。结论不同职业人群心理健康状况不容乐观,需要采取有针对性的心理健康教育措施,提升职业人群的心理健康水平。

Objective To explore the mental health conditions of different occupations in underdeveloped region,and provide evidence for constructing the reasonable mental health education model.Methods A total of 533 persons of different occupations in underdeveloped region completed the subscales of SCL-90.Results The mental health scores in SCL-90 dimensions of medical staffs,individual operators and soldiers were significantly higher than the national norm（t3.87,P〈0.000）.Different occupations had significant differences in SCL-90 dimensions（somatization F=2.97,P〈0.05,obsessive-compulsiveness F=11.63,P〈0.000,depression F=3.08,P〈0.05,hostility F=4.56,P〈0.05）.Conclusion It＇s necessary to take reasonable countermeasures to improve the level of different occupations＇ mental health.
