乌鲁木齐市大气污染防治现状与目标措施分析

Prensent Presentation Status and Countermeasures of Atmospheric Pollution in Urumqi

乌鲁木齐市是中国乃至世界上大气污染最严重的城市之一,特殊的地形结构、气候条件和采暖方式构成,使乌鲁木齐市大气污染问题并没有得到根本性的解决。乌鲁木齐市近年来不断加大环保投入,加强环境管理,全面开展了严格控制高硫煤使用、拆并燃煤锅炉、控制机动车尾气污染、优化能源结构等污染防治工作,环境空气质量得到明显改善。但随着社会经济快速发展,大气污染物排放总量呈潜在的增加趋势,对全市环境空气质量构成了巨大的压力。最后针对目前乌鲁木齐市区大气污染现状提出七条预防措施。

Urumqi city is one of the most seriously air-polluted cities in China,even in the world,owing to the special landscape structure,climate and heating method.The analysis shows that the air quality improved obviously through investment in environmental protection,environment management and air pollution prevention.Measures including control of high sulfur coal,remove coal-fired boiler,control gas pollution from motor vehicles and optimize energy sources configuration are adopted.However,together with the fast development of city economy,the gross discharge amount of air contamination presents an increase trend potentially which brings about tremendous pressure on maintaining good urban air quality.Finally,seven preventive measures are put forward according to the current air pollution condition in urban areas of Urumqi.
