地级市环境应急监测体系建设的问题和建议

Problems and Suggestions on Environmental Emergency Monitoring System Construction of Prefecture Level Cities

现阶段中国正处于突发环境事件高发期,环境应急监测工作越来越得到重视,由于全国各地的环境应急监测体系发展时间不长,在实际工作开展中仍存在一些问题。本文归纳了地级市环境监测站在建设应急监测体系中存在的问题,并提出了相关建议,希望为相关管理部门建设环境应急监测体系提供参考。

China is experiencing high occurrence of environmental emergencies and more attentions have been paid to emergency monitoring for environmental pollution.However,there are still a lot of problems in real practice as emergency monitoring systems for environmental pollution just developed for a short period nationwide.This paper concluded the problems encountered by Environmental Monitoring Centers at prefecture level cities during the establishment of this system.Suggestions to solve these problems are put forward in a bid to provide reference to relevant administrative authorities.
