摘要
目的编制基层警察压力源量表。方法通过查阅文献形成5因素理论构想,对基层警察进行访谈后形成46个初始项目。对2个随机分层取样的四川省基层警察样本施测,用样本一进行项目分析和探索性因素分析,形成由43个项目构成的正式问卷,用样本二进行验证性因素分析。结果基层警察压力源量表包含工作任务、社会生活、权力动机、自身能力、负性情绪、工作条件6个维度;量表的内部一致性系数和分半信度均在0.7以上;基层警察压力源量表总分和工作倦怠量表得分呈正相关(r=0.591,P<0.01),表明该量表有较好的效标效度;验证性因素分析结果表明基层警察压力源6因素模型拟合度较好(χ2/df=2.827),优于理论构想模型。结论基层警察压力源量表具有良好的信、效度指标,可用于相关的研究和实践。
Objective To develop a police stress scale and examine its reliability and validity.Methods First we established a theoretical idea on the basis of a literature study,then 40 police officers were interviewed with a half-structured questionnaire,according to the recording of the interview and expert assessment,a police stress scale of 46 items was initially formed.Second,we chose two police samples from Sichuan province by stratified random sampling,sample 1 was used to conduct the item analysis and exploratory factor analysis,sample 2 was used to conduct the confirmatory factor analysis.Results The final questionnaire consisted of task-related stressor,social life stressor,power motive stressor,self-related stressor,negative emotion stressor and organization management stressor.The internal coefficient and the split reliability were both higher than 0.7.Criterion validity coefficient between the scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI) was 0.591,which showed that the police stress scale questionnaire had good criterion validity.The result of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the goodness of fit for the model was well(χ2/df=2.827),and better than the theoretical model.Conclusion The police stress scale has satisfied reliability and validity.
