2001-2010年部队医院感染科住院病例分析

Inpatient case analysis of infectious diseases in military hospital from 2001 to 2010

目的了解部队医院感染科住院军人传染病分布、住院费用及住院天数的情况，为提高部队传染病诊治率及防治措施提供科学依据。方法查阅某部队医院2001--2010年507例感染科住院病历并制成Excel表格，采用spss13．0行描述性分析。结果部队传染病住院患者中，发病居前5位的是：病毒性肝炎143例，占总病例的28．21％；痢疾70例，占13．81%；流感64例，占12．62％；水痘47例，占9．27％；麻疹29例，占5．72％。患者中病毒性肝炎人数最多，住院时间最长（平均住院为31．80d）和住院费用最高，占总费用的52．25％。结论本次调查的部队医院中，病毒性肝炎是军人传染病中最多见的住院病种，住院时间长，住院费用高。相关部门应重视军人传染病的预防工作，采取针对性的控制措施，降低军人传染病的发生。

Objective To analyze the features of military inpatients in military hospitals, including disease distri- bution, hospitalization costs and hospitalized stay, so as to provide scientific basis for better diagnosis and treatment, and take effective preventive measures. Methods Five hundred and seven cases of a military hospital patients from 2001 to 2010 were investigated. The medical records of all the patients were reviewed and created Excel form. Descriptive analysis was performed with SPSS 13.0. Results Of all the 507 patients, the first five infectious disease were： 143 cases of viral hepatitis, accounted for 28.21%; 70 cases of dysentery, accountec for 13.81%; 64 cases of influenza, accounted 12.62%; 47 cases of chickpox, acccounted for 9.27%; 29 cases of measles, accounted for 5.72%. Among the dis- eases, viral hepatitis was most frequente, it had the longest hospital stay（average 31.80 days for each patient）and much hospitalied cost, the cost accounted for 52.25% in the total hospital consumes. Conclusions In the military hospital of our study, viral hepatitis axe the common disease. It cost much and need longer hospital stay, so the relative department should be paid much attention to the military infectious disease prevention, the proper control measures will decrease the occurrence of the diseases in military.
