Usage of High cis - Polybutadiene Rubber in Producing Yanhua HIPS

介绍了北京燕化石油化工股份有限公司化工一厂聚苯乙烯装置选用泰国合成橡胶有限公司用日本宇部兴产公司工艺生产的高顺胶UBEPOL15HB作为生产高抗冲聚苯乙烯树脂492J的改性橡胶,并与原使用的日本瑞翁株式会社高顺胶BR12206U进行了对比,同时对工业试生产的情况进行了总结和分析。结果表明,使用UBEPOL15HB生产的492J各项性能达到了国际同类产品的水平。

This paper introduced the usage of high cis - polybutadiene rubber UBEPOL15HB made by Thai Synthetic Rubber Co. Ltd. as modifier in producing high impact polystyrene (HIPS)492J in Polystyrene Plant in Chemical Works No. 1 of BYPCGC. The performance of UBEPOL15HB and the previously used rubber modifier BR1220SU produced by Nippon Industry was compared. It was demonstrated that the Yanhua 492J using UBEPOL15HB as rubber modifier reached the same product specifications of its foreign counterparts.
