摘要 根据报道合成了显色剂1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(4-羟基-6-甲基-嘧啶)-三氮烯(NPHMPDT),研究了该试剂与锌的显色反应。在OP的存在下,pH 10.0的Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液中,该试剂能与锌发生显色反应,锌与NPHMPDT形成摩尔比为1:4的配合物,在460 nm处有一最大正吸收,540 nm处有一最大负吸收。以460 nm为参比波长,540 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.34×105L.mol-1.cm-1,锌0~480μg/L符合比尔定律。用拟定方法测定人发中的微量锌,结果满意。 In this paper the reagent 1-(4-p-nitrophenyl)-3-(4-Hydroxyl-6-methyl-pyrimidine)-Triazene(NPHMPDT)has been synthesized according literature.And the color reaction with zinc hase been studied.In the presence of the surface active agent OP and in the medium Na2B4O7-NaOH buffer solution(pH=10.0),zinc reacts with the reagents to form a complex with the molar ratio of 1:4.The molar apparent absorptivity is 2.34×105L·mol-1·cm-1 by dual-wavelength of 460nm and determination wavelength of 540nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0~480μg/L Zn(Ⅱ).The method has been applied to the direct determination of zinc in human hair with satisfactory results.
