摘要 通过均匀设计法 ,优选了芳香基磺酸盐、芳香醛、炔醇以及含铅、含碘添加剂 ,从而开发了一种光亮碱性化学镀镍新工艺。所得镀层光亮 ,色泽均匀。讨论了主盐、还原剂、温度及pH值对镀速的影响 ,检测了镀液。 A bright electroless nickel plating process in alkaline bath was promoted with the method of experiments matrix in which aromatic sulfonate, aromatic aldehyde, alkynol, and lead-containing. iodine-containing additive using as brightener were optimized. The resultant deposit was bright and uniform. In addition, the effects of main salts, concentration of reducing agent, temperature, pH value on plating rate were discussed, and properties of plating bath, plating deposit were examined as well.
