摘要
锤纹漆和桔纹漆主要用于保险柜、文件柜、电脑机箱及家用电器等金属外壳的表面装饰。在此介绍了锤纹漆和桔纹漆的分类、成膜机理及其施工工艺 ,总结了影响漆膜质量的主要因素 ,并对常见缺陷的原因进行了分析。
Hammer finish and orange-peel finish are principally used for decoration of metallic body such as safe, filing cabinet, computer cabinet and family appliance. Classification, film-forming mechanism and spraying process of hammer finish and orange-peel finish were introduced, variables affecting the coating appearance and caues for defective coatings were also investigated.
