首发抑郁症患者视觉空间返回抑制的研究 被引量:5

The Study of Inhibition of Return(IOR) in Visual Channel on First Episode Depression Patients

摘要 目的:探究首次发病的抑郁症患者视觉通道中返回抑制效应的情况。方法:选用线索-靶子模式的返回抑制实验范式,对29例抑郁症患者和29例健康对照组进行视觉通道测试。结果:抑郁症患者及正常对照组视觉通道中均存在返回抑制效应,抑郁症患者视觉通道的返回抑制效应约在时间间隔为700ms出现,而正常对照组约在时间间隔为300ms出现。结论:抑郁症患者与正常人的视觉通道返回抑制效应神经机制存在不同,抑郁症患者返回抑制效应异常可能与额叶、前扣带回、丘脑等部位的功能异常有关,从而引起注意功能的损害。 Objective: To investigate the inhibition of return in visual channel on first episode depression patients.Methods: A total of 29 individuals with depression were compared with matched 29 health controls on the IOR task which was compiled by E-Prime.Results: In the task,both the depression patients and the health controls show the effect of IOR.The patients' IOR was watched at the time of 700ms,while the health controls' was found at the time of 300.Conclusion: There were significant differences in inhibition of return in visual channel between the patients with depression and heath controls on neural mechanism.It may have relationship with the functional disorder of frontal lobe,anterior cingulate cortex and thalami,which causes the impairment of the attention function.
