摘要
丙烯作为一种重要的化工原料,在生产、储存、运输、使用过程中发生泄漏,极易发生燃烧爆炸和中毒事故,造成人员伤亡和污染。文章通过对丙烯泄漏爆炸事故特点分析,提出了相应的预防措施以及应急处置的基本方法。
Being an important industrial chemical,propene is prone to trigger explosions and toxications if leakage happened in the chains of produce,deposit,transportation and use,which will inevitably lead to casualty and pollution.The paper has proposed according precautions and tactics on dealing with such emergencies,based on pattern-analysis of diverse cases.
