摘要
通过改变反应时间、反应温度、一氯乙酸与β-环糊精物质的量配比来合成羧甲基-β-环糊精,测定目标产物的取代度,实验结果表明:一氯乙酸物质与β-环糊精的物质的量配比为9∶1、反应温度为60℃、反应时间4 h的条件下,是合成羧甲基-β-环糊精的最佳反应条件。
By changing the reaction time,reaction temperature,monochloroacetic acid and β-cyclodextrin molar ratio to the synthesis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin,and then measure the degree of substitution for product.The results showed the monochloroacetic acid β-cyclodextrin material and the amount of substance ratio of 9∶1,reaction temperature was 60 ℃,reaction time 4 h conditions,the synthesis of carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin the optimal reaction conditions.
