印染污泥处理处置技术的研究进展

Progress of the Textile Dyeing Sludge Treatmental and Disposal Techniques

针对目前印染污泥的处理与处置现状,系统地介绍了近年来污泥的处理处置技术及其优缺点,包括土地利用、填埋、焚烧以及一些新的处理技术和污泥的资源化利用。在分析的基础上,提出今后印染污泥处理处置技术的研发应重点放在无害化、资源化,并应根据企业自身的实际情况,降低处理成本,使新技术能真正应用于实际的生产中。

Aiming at the treatment and disposal status for printing and dyeing sludge,the present technique for residual sludge treatment and its relative merits are systematically introduced in the paper.Traditional methods,including land use,landfill,incineration and some new methods are described,as well as the potential reclamation of textile dyeing sludge are introduced simply.Based on the analysis,the prospective research in innocuous and reclamation for dyeing sludge treatment and disposal are pointed out.At the same time,the processing cost should be reduced in accordance with actual situation to apply the new technologies to practical manufacture.
