摘要 利用碱性过硫酸钾消解紫外分光光度法测定水中总氮时经常出现空白值异常高的现象。文章通过实验研究发现:由于实验室环境、实验用水、过硫酸钾试剂纯度、配制方法、消解时间消解温度等因素对测定均有不同程度的影响,导致测定的空白值偏高,影响测定结果。文章通过对这些因素进行了试验分析并提出改进意见。有效提高总氮测定时的准确性。 Using alkaline potassium persulfate digestion UV spectrophotometric method for the determination of total nitrogen in water frequently occurs when a blank value higher abnormal phenomenon.In the paper,through the experimental study: due to the laboratory environment,experimental water,potassium persulfate reagent purity,preparation method,digestion time digestion temperature and other factors on the determination were affected to varying degrees,leading to the determination of high blank value,influencing the results of determination.Based on these factors were analyzed and put forward the improving suggestions.Effectively improve the accuracy of the measurement of the total nitrogen.
