多元料浆气化炉的烘炉操作是多元料浆气化装置原始开车过程中必不可少的操作。此操作是否规范直接影响气化装置的长周期稳定运行。为保证此操作能按有关设计要求规范有序的进行,特制订此方案。该方案包括以下内容:(1)点火前的准备;(2)烘炉预热水循环的建立;(3)点燃预热烧嘴液化气喷口的操作;(4)点燃预热烧嘴柴油喷口;(5)升温步骤。
