脱硫喷淋塔内部工作场的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 为了获得单入口烟道脱硫喷淋塔内较为理想的工作场,从不同的烟道入口角度,利用Fluent软件对600 Mw喷淋塔内部场特性进行了数值模拟。本模拟从速度、温度和压强三个方面分别对比喷淋塔的内部特性。模拟结果表明:在入口角度θ为15℃时,喷淋塔内部流场和温度场相对均匀,能达到较为理想的流场和温度场分布。 In order to obtain the internal ideal work field of the spraying-tower with single entry flue,the internal field performance of the 600 Mw spraying-tower has been simulated numerically by FLUENT upon different flue entry angle.In the simulation,the performance inside the spraying-tower has been contrast respectively on three aspects of speed,temperature and pressure.The results show that,the flow field and temperature field insde the spraying-tower are relatively homogeneous,and the ideal flow field and temperature field distribution can be obtained,when the flue entry angle equals 15 ℃.
