In order to meet the need of market economy, Mingda Geological Co. Ltd reconstructed the structure of share ownership of the three subordinative units according to management system of modern enterprises, thereby perfenting legal person system of enterprise, standardizing organization system of enterprise and setting up management system of enterprise. Also, it has done a great deal of painstaking work in such aspects as transforming operation mechanism, opening up market, strengthening internal management, controlling production cost, augmenting management of finance and accounting, readjusting structure of financial affairs, intensifying cultural construction of enterprise, and establishing image of enterprise.
