摘要
对食品器具工作过程中的受热情况进行分析,有利于缩短加热过程中燃气的燃烧时间,减少燃气的排放量,提高食品器具的热效率和安全性能,起到绿色节能的作用。以压力锅作为研究对象,对其加热过程中的热传递情况进行分析,应用有限元分析软件ANSYS对压力锅受热状态下的温度场和热应力场进行计算。根据计算结果,为了提高压力锅的热效率,减少压力锅的热变形,提出压力锅体侧壁可采用导热系数和热膨胀系数均小的材料。
It's very useful to take thermal analysis on food utensils' heating process in order to shorten the gas combustion time and reduce gas emissions,improve food equipment thermal efficiency and safety performance,so as to obtain the results of environmental protection and energy saving.Taking the pressure cooker as research object,its thermal transfer process on heating was discussed,and the temperature field and thermal stress of pressure cooker on heating were calculated by using ANSYS.Through thermal analysis,some feasible suggestions were put forward,some materials with minimum conductivity coefficient and heat expansion coefficient would be used to improve the thermal efficiency and reduce the thermal deformation of pressure cooker.
