摘要
文章记述了广西在开发矿业中 ,探矿权人的合法权益受到侵害的种种现象 ,探讨如何维护探矿权人的合法权益 ,以利于广西矿业秩序的根本好转。
In this paper, the author described some kinds of phenomenons that the legitimate right of the owner of exploration right were infringed in development of Guangxi mining industry, and discussed the question how to protect the legally right of the owner of exploration right.
