微量元素对柠檬酸废水发酵回用的影响 被引量:4

EFFECT OF TRACE ELEMENTS ON RECYCLING FERMENTATION OF WASTEWATER FROM CITRIC ACID PRODUCTION

摘要 本文研究了微量元素Cu2 +、Fe2 +、Zn2 +、Mn2 +、Mg2 +和PO3-4 对柠檬酸中和废水发酵的影响。在经过“碱沉淀—离子交换法 (AIE法 )”处理后的废水培养基中分别加入 1× 1 0 -8g/mlMn2 +、1× 1 0 -7g/mlZn2 +、1× 1 0 -6 g/mlMg2 +、1× 1 0 -5g/mlCu2 和 1 .5× 1 0 -2 g/mlPO3-4使产酸依次提高 2 .8%、9.0 %、1 0 .5 %、8.3%、7.2 %和 3.4 %。Fe2 +的加入降低了柠檬酸产量。 Effects of trace elements such as Cu 2+ 、Fe 2+ 、Zn 2+ 、Mn 2+ 、Mg 2+ and PO 3- 4 on the recycling fermentation of wastewater from citric acid production were studied. The trace elements ,1×10 -8 g/ml Mn 2+ 、1×10 -7 g/ml Zn 2+ 、1×10 -6 g/ml Mg 2+ 、1×10 -5 g/ml Cu 2+ and 1.5×10 -2 g/ml PO 3- 4 ,were respectively added to the wastewater with the treatment of “alkali precipitation and ion exchange(AIE)' for the recycling fermentation, which led to citric acid yield increasing by 2.8%、9.0%、10.5%、8.3%、7.2% and 3.4% corresponding to above the elements, while Fe 2+ caused a decrease in citric acid yield. The complex effects of trance elements were also discussed simply.
