氯仿、四氯化碳对蚕豆根尖细胞微核诱发效应的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用蚕豆根尖细胞微核方法检测氯仿、四氯化碳的诱变效应 ,结果表明 ,氯仿从 0 .0 1 g/ L 至1 .0 g/ L各浓度组微核率明显高于阴性对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,亦高于阳性对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,四氯化碳从 0 .0 1g/ L至 1 .0 g/ L各浓度组微核率同样明显高于阴性及阳性对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,且同一浓度的 2种药物诱发微核率比较 ,氯仿高于四氯化碳 ,差异非常显著 ,说明氯仿的诱变活性强于四氯化碳。 In the paper,we examined the induced reation of carbontrichloride(CHCl\-3) and carbon tetrachcoride(CCl\-4)to broadbean roottip cell micromucleus with micronucleus method.The results were as the follows:(1)The induced micronucleus rates of CHCl\-3 in all groups (Desities:0.01-1.00mg/ml)were higher than the negative(P<0.01)and positive(P<0.01)control group,respectively.(2) The induced micronucleus rates of C Cl\-4 in all groups(Desities:0.01-1.00 mg/ml)were distinctly higher than the negative(P<0.01)and posidtive(P<0.01)control group,respectively.(3)The induced micronucleus rate of CHCl\-3 were distinctly higher than that of CCl\-4 at the same densities(P<0.01).The result showed that the induced activeness of CHCl\-3 was stronger than that of CCl\-4
