摘要 采用室内培养及分析测试方法 ,研究了Ca2 +对汞毒害下的小麦种子萌发代谢的影响 ,结果表明 ,向含汞污水中加入CaCl2 能使汞毒害下小麦种子胚乳和幼苗的淀粉酶、脂肪酶和蛋白酶活性升高 ,呼吸速率加快 ,幼苗的生长速度加快 ,从而使汞毒害作用得到缓解。 This paper described alleviated effects of CaCl 2 on wheat seedlings under mercury poisoning condition. The results showed that mixing CaCl 2 with mercury polluted water, the activities of diastase, lipase and protease of ednosperm and seedlings, respiration rate of seedling, and seedling growth during wheat germination under mercury poisoning were at different grades improved in comparison with control test. This was clearly indicated that mercury poisoning could be alleviated by the presence of Ca2+.
