摘要
信息时代的迅速发展,网络犯罪也随之迅速蔓延,本文介绍了网络犯罪的定义及表现形式,指出了目前我国对网络犯罪的刑法规制方面所存在的问题。并在此基础上提出了加强对网络犯罪的刑法规制的相关建议和措施。
rapid development of the information age,cyber crime also will spread rapidly,this paper introduces the definitions and manifestations of cybercrime,noting that cybercrime in China＇s criminal laws and regulations with respect to the problems.On this basis,it proposes strengthening the system of criminal laws and regulations of cybercrime proposals and measures.
