摘要
纯碱厂在生产过程中要排放许多废碱液,如果用作烟气脱硫剂,不仅降低了脱硫费用,而且消除了污染。本文分析了废碱液的主要成分,介绍了旋流板塔式除尘脱硫装置的结构和工作原理,探讨了影响用废碱液除尘脱硫效果的主要因素,并找出了较好的操作条件。实验结果表明:废碱液在该装置上脱硫和除尘效果均达到国内外同类装置的水平,同时,解决了因为废碱液带来的水污染。除尘脱硫装置结构简单,基建费用和运行费用低,是一项值得推广的技术。
Amounts of alkaline waste water is discharged in the productive process of soda alkali. If alkaline waste water is used for agent of desulfurization, not only the cost of desulfurization is reduced, but also the pollution is eliminated. This paper analyzed staple of alkaline waste water, introduced the structure and operating principle of spiral flow inducing tray tower using for dust precipitation and desulfurization, investigated main factors of desulfurizating efficiency, and found out better operational conditions. The experimental result showed: the efficiency of desulfurization and dust precipitation come up to nation and world standards comparing with the same device, at the same time, water pollution is solved because of alkaline waste water. The structure of the device of dust precipitation and desulfurization is simple, and the cost of capital construction and operation is low. The second pollution is eliminated, so the technology is worth popularizing.
