穴位贴敷联合益气固本膏方治疗对支气管哮喘儿童吸入激素的疗效影响

Study of Acupoint Sticking Combined with Guben Yiqi Therapy in Enhancement of Inhaled Corticosteriod for Children with Asthma

目的:观察穴位贴敷联合益气固本膏方治疗对儿童哮喘吸入型激素的疗效影响。方法:把124例符合断标准的支气管哮喘患儿分为4组:A组为单纯使用吸入型激素;B组为加用夏季穴位贴敷;C组为加用冬季益气固本膏方;D组为加用夏季穴位贴敷联合冬季益气固本膏方。观察哮喘急性发作次数、感冒次数、急性发作时需要雾化吸入的疗程及一年后吸入激素停药比例,并检测治疗前后IgE、IgA、IgG、CD4、CD8浓度。结果:治疗一年后,加用中医治疗三组临床疗效、血IgE及CD8下降、IgG及CD4升高均优于A组,尤以D组为显著(P<0.05),其中D组总有效率为94.29%、吸入激素停药比例为34.29%而A组总有效率为76.67%、吸入激素停药比例为16.67%。结论在吸入型激素治疗基础上,加用中医穴位贴敷及益气固本膏方治疗能提高哮喘患儿免疫功能,改善过敏状态,从而减少吸入激素使用疗程,尤以两者合用疗效更佳。

Objective： To evaluate the influence of the acupoint sticking combined with Guben Yiqi therapy on enhancement of Inhaled Corticosteriod for children with asthma.Method：A total of 124 bronchial asthma children with inhaled hormone therapy were recruited in this study and randomly divided into four groups：Group A：Inhaled hormone therapy only;Group B：Inhaled hormone combined with acupoint stick therapy in summer;Group C：Inhaled hormone combined with Guben Yiqi therapy in winter;Group D：Inhaled hormone combined with both acupoint stick therapy in summer and Guben Yiqi therapy in winter.The incidence of acute asthma and influenza were recorded.The record of Budesonide Suspension inhalation treatment during acute asthma occurrence and drop-out ratio in the subsequent year were kept.The serum levels of IgE、IgA、IgG、CD4 and CD8 in four groups were determined before and after treatment.Results：The enhanced therapeutic effects have been observed in three groups with additional traditional Chinese medicine treatment（group B,C and D） with declined serum levels of IgE、CD8,elevated serum levels of IgG and CD4.The most significant enhancement was observed in group D（effective rate was 94.29% and drop-out rate 34.29%）,when comparing with group A（effective rate was 76.67%and drop-out rate 16.67%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：Immune function and allergy state of bronchial asthma children treated by Inhaled Corticosteriod can be improved,and course of inhaled corticosteroids can be reduced after combined with.acupoint sticking and Guben Yiqi therapy.
