疏肝解郁法治疗中青年冠心病心绞痛临床观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Treating Young and Middle-aged Patients with Angina by Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi for Relieving Qi Stagnation

目的:观察加味柴胡疏肝散治疗中青年冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果。方法:将81例冠心病心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(39例)。治疗组给予加味柴胡疏肝散、对照组给予抗血小板及硝酸酯类药物治疗,疗程均为30d。结果:加味柴胡疏肝散治疗冠心病心绞痛总有效率为90.5%,显著高于对照组的69.2%(P<0.05);且该方对胸痛、胸闷、心悸、情绪急躁等症状、心电图改善明显,对血脂的调节作用明显,与对照组比较均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味柴胡疏肝散治疗中青年冠心病心绞痛临床疗效确切,可明显改善心电图及临床症状,调节血脂。

Objective：We observe the curative effect of treating young and middle-aged patients with angina by taking Jiawei Shugan powder.Methods：We randomly divided 81 angina patients into two groups including treatment groups（42） and control groups（39）,and gave treatment group Jiawei Shugan powder,control groups antiplatelet and nitrate esters medications with 30 days as a treatment course.Result：The total effective rates of Jiawei Shugan powder treating angina was 90.5%,which was notably higher than 69.2% of control groups（P0.05）,and the prescription had obvious improvements in chest pain,choking sensation in chest,palpitation,irritable emotion,electrocardiogram,regulating blood fat.It had marked meaning comparing with control groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical curative effect of treating young and middle-aged patients with angina by taking Jiawei Shugan powder is exact,which can improve electrocardiogram and clinical symptoms,and regulate blood fat.
