健脾泻肺法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Method of Invigorating Spleen And Weakening Lung to Treat Non-Erosive Reflux Disease

目的:观察健脾泻肺法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病的临床疗效。方法:将NERD患者,辨证属中虚气逆证共120例随机分为治疗者(60例)和对照组(60例),对照组采用雷贝拉唑、莫沙比利治疗;治疗组在此基础上,加用健脾泻肺法中药汤剂,两组疗程均为8周。观察治疗前后临床症状积分变化,并随访半年。结果:治疗后,两组症状积分较治疗前均有显著下降(P<0.01),临床总有效率分别为93.33%、91.67%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但停药半年后复发情况比较,治疗组复发率为7.55%,明显低于对照组41.51%(P<0.01)。结论:健脾泻肺法治疗非糜烂性胃食管反流病疗效确切,与西药合用远期疗效更佳。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of non-erosive reflux disease（NERD）by using the invigorating spleen and weakening lung treatment of TCM.Methods：120 patients with NERD of syndrome of middle deficiency and Qi reversal were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group（60 cases）and control group（60 cases）.Patients in control group would be treated by rabeprazole and mosapride;patients in treatment group would be treated by rabeprazole,mosapride and the invigorating spleen and weakening lung treatment of TCM.The treatment course was 8 weeks.Symptom scores of NERD were measured before and after treatments,and followed for half a year.Results：After treatment,compared with pretreatment,the symptom scores decreased significantly in both groups（P0.01）;the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,not significantly different from that of the control group 91.67%（P 0.05）,but after half a year,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.55%,much lower than that of the control group 41.51%（P0.01）.Conclusion：The invigorating spleen and weakening lung treatment of TCM was effective on NERD,and the long term effect could be better if integrated with western medicine.
