Gynostemma Determination of Seven Different Areas

目的:采用分光光度法对云南、广西等7个产地绞股蓝中皂苷含量进行研究。方法:超声法提取绞股蓝总皂苷,采用紫外分光光度法,以人参皂苷Rb1为对照品,在波长550nm处对不同产地绞股蓝中总皂苷进行含量测定。结果:总皂苷在0.102～0.357mg有良好线性关系,回归方程Y=24.79X-0.0732,R2=0.9992,平均回收率为95.9%。结论:不同产地绞股蓝中总皂苷的含量存在差异,以广西产绞股蓝为最高(39.70mg/g),浙江省仙居产次之为(31.51mg/g)。

Objective：To analyze the content of total saponin in Gynostemma collected from differernt habits such as Yunnan,Guangxi,Sichuan.Method：The Ultrasound was used to extrat the total saponin and the UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the contents.Results：The total saponins has good linear in the 0.102~0.357 mg,the average recovery was 95.29%.Conclusion：There is difference of the contents of total saponins among Gynostemma from different habits,the highest is Guangxi（39.70 mg/g）,and the second is Xianju of Zhejiang.
