摘要
目的:建立测定核桃花中总黄酮的紫外分光光度法。方法:采用紫外分光光度计UV-2401PC对总黄酮进行含量测定,测定波长为510nm,以芦丁为对照品。结果:芦丁的回归曲线为Y=0.0118X-0.0092,在8.8~79.2μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9990。核桃花中总黄酮的平均回收率为99.59%,RSD为1.78%。总黄酮含量为83.3mg/g。结论:此方法操作简便、准确性好,可以作为核桃花中总黄酮的含量测定方法。
Objective: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry of total flavonoids in Juglans regia L.was established.Methods:UV-2401PC was used to assay the total flavonoids.The wavelength was 510nm and rutin was used as control.Results:The regression curve of rutin was Y=0.0118X-0.0092,at the range of 8.8~79.2ug/mL,r=0.9990.The average recovery was 99.59%,RSD was 1.78%.The content of total flavonoids was 83.3 mg/g.Conclusion:This method is simple and accurate,which can be used for assaying of total flavonoids.
