摘要
采用还原焙烧-酸浸-萃取-浓缩结晶工艺回收电镀污泥中的铜,结果表明:以煤粉为还原剂的焙烧预处理既保持了铜的高浸出率,又实现了铜与杂质金属的初步分离;经后续酸浸、萃取和浓缩结晶等湿法工艺最终可制得纯度为97.14%的工业级硫酸铜。
Copper was recycled from galvanic sludge as important resource by the process of reductive roasting-acid leaching-solvent extraction-condensation and crystallization.Results showed that roasting pretreatment used fine coal as reductant not only can keep the high leaching rate of copper,but also lead to the initial separation of copper from other metals.The hydrometallurgical process of acid leaching,solvent extraction,condensation and crystallization was adopted after pyrometallurgical process to extract copper and industrial grade copper sulfate was obtained at last,whose purity reached 97.14%.
