云南民族贫困地区生态坏境保护研究

Eco-Environmental Protection in Ethnic Poverty Stricken Areas in Yunnan

由于教育、文化、科技落后 ,人口增长过快 ,资源需求压力大 ,加以环保机构不键全 ,投入不足等原因 ,云南少数民族贫困地区的生态环境状况恶化。必须加强教育 ,控制人口 ,健全环保机制 ,拓宽资金渠道 。

The Eco-environment in the ethnic poverty stricken areas in Yunnan is deteriorating due to the low level of education,culture and science-technology,over-rapid development of population,too much pressure of demand on resources,the imperfect structure of environment institutes and the lack of investment in environmental protection.Priority should be given to the strengthening of education,the control of population,the improvement of management and the exploration of fund channels.The economic construction and social progress should also be conducive to the sustainable development of the local areas.
