摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜息肉患病的相关因素。方法采用病例对照研究的方法,收集49例子宫内膜息肉患者与57例非子宫内膜息肉患者的临床资料,用SPSS统计软件进行单因素及多因素非条件logistic回归分析。结果单因素分析显示对子宫内膜息肉患病有统计学意义的因素有年龄、肥胖、子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜炎,多因素logistic回归分析显示子宫肌瘤是子宫内膜息肉的影响因素。结论子宫肌瘤为子宫内膜息肉患病的危险因素。
Objective To evaluate the related risk factors of endometrial polyps （EP）. Methods Case-control study was used in this study. The clinical data of 49 cases with EP and 57 cases with non-EP were collected, and these data were analyzed by single factor analysis and unconditional logistic regression analysis on the software of SPSS. ResultsSingle factor analysis showed EP was associated significantly with age, obesity, uterine myoma, chronic endometritis, and multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that uterine myoma was the risk factor for EP. Conclusion Uterine myoma was the risk factor for EP.
