ICP-OES测定磷系阻燃纤维中磷含量的方法

Determination of phosphorus content in phosphorus flame retardent fiber by ICP-OES

采用H2SO4-HNO3湿法灰化法消解、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)测定磷系阻燃纤维的磷含量,确定了实验测定的最佳条件。结果表明:方法的检出限为0.00402 mg/L,回收率为94.5%～94.7%,相对标准偏差在2%以内。该法具有操作简单,所需试剂较少,快速,检出限低,精密度高,准确度高的特点,具有良好的应用前景。

Inductively coupled plasma -atomic emission spectrometry （ICP -OES） was used to determine phosphorus element based on wet ashing digestion by using H2SO4 - HNO3. The optimal determination condition was thus obtained. The result shows that the detection limit is 0.00402 mg/L, the RSD is less than 2% and the recovery is from 94.5% to 94.7%. The testing method features simplicity, high accuracy, low limit of detection, few reagents, short assay time, which indicates its good application prospect.
