摘要
从精纺毛织物的设计角度出发,以织物的纱线特数、经纬密度、织物定量、织物紧度、纬经比、染整质量损耗及缩率等设计参数的相关性为基础,建立了系列快速计算经验公式,从而使产品设计工作逐步由主观经验到客观量化,以满足实际生产接单时快速计算的需要。
A series of experiential formulas for fast calculation of design parameters in designing worsted fabric product are established based on yarn tex, fabric warp and weft density, fabric set weight, fabric tightness, warp and weft yarn ratio, fabric dyeing and finishing loss and shrinkage. These formulas can make the design work from on experiences to on objective data and meet customers requirements of fast calculation.
