IgA肾病并发急性坏死性胰腺炎1例报告并文献复习

One case of IgA nephropathy complicated with acute necrotizing pancreatitis and review of the literature

目的探讨IgA肾病并发急性坏死性胰腺炎可能的发病机制,以指导临床诊断和治疗。方法对1例IgA肾病并发急性坏死性胰腺炎住院患儿的诊疗经过进行分析并复习相关文献。结果高脂血症、凝血紊乱、高凝状态及炎症因子等诸多因素在病例的发生、发展过程中起到不同程度的促进作用。结论慢性肾病后期易出现复杂并发症,对一些胰腺炎疑似病例需积极检查,必要时可重复检查。

Objective To discuss the possible pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy complicated with acute necrotizing pancreatitis,and to provide guidelines for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of one inpatient suffered from IgA nephropathy complicated with acute necrotizing pancreatitis were comprehensively analyzed.The related literatures were reviewed.Results Hyperlipidemia,coagulation disorder,high coagulation and inflammatory factors play different roles in the development and process of the disease.Conclusions The complex complications were easily developed at the later period of chronic kidney diseases.If necessary,the examinations should be repeated in patients suspected of pancreatitis.
