摘要
目的 检测原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP )患者药物治疗前后CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞水平的变化,分析其对治疗效果的影响.方法 应用流式细胞仪检测ITP 患者药物治疗前后CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞表达水平.结果 ITP 患者CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞表达低于正常人对照组,且药物治疗有效的ITP 患者CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞表达较治疗前明显升高.CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞在治疗显效组表达明显高于良效组、进步组和无效组,良效组和进步组与治疗无效组比较差异也有统计学意义.结论 ITP 患者CD4+、CD25 +调节性T细胞表达较正常人对照组低,随药物治疗的疗效逐渐升高.
Objective To explore the influencial effect of the change of CD4+, CD25+ regulatory T cells on the therapeutic effects in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ( ITP ) . Methods The frequencies of CD4+, CD25+ regulatory T cells were detected in 60 patients with ITP before and after treatment by flow cytometry and 60 healthy donors as control. Results The proportion of CD4+, CD:5+ regulatory T6ells were lower in ITP patients before or after treatment compared with control group. But the percentage of CD4+, CD25+ regulatory T cells was higher after treatment than initial ITP patients. The proportion of CD4+, CD:s+ regulatory T cells in the effective therapy group was higher than those of in the preferably effective therapy group progressing therapy group and no effective therapy group. There was significant difference between the proportion of CD4+, CD25+ regulatory T cells in the preferably effective therapy group progressing therapy group and no effective therapy group. Conclusion The low percentage of CD4+. CD25+ regulatory T cells in ITP and subsequent defect in suppressing in cellular immune response may be involved in pathophysiology of ITP.
