黑龙江省西部地区干旱气候成因有其自然地理因素影响方面 ,也有人类活动对环流恶化的影响。
The formation of semidry climate in the west area of Hei Long Jiang results from natural effect geographically.Human activities also have an effeet on worsening the circalation.
