肿瘤标记物与2型糖尿病的关系 被引量：9

摘要 肿瘤标记物,如血清癌胚抗原（CEA）、甲胎蛋白（AFP）、糖链抗原125（CA125）、糖链抗原199（CA199）、糖蛋白抗原153（CA153）等,已广泛用于肿瘤诊断,是检测肿瘤复发、转移和评价疗效的重要手段.有研究显示肿瘤标记物也可高度表达在糖尿病肾病末期[1],但是对未到达糖尿病肾病末期的2 型糖尿病患者的研究很少.作者对126 例2 型糖尿病患者进行血清肿瘤标记物检测,结果报告如下.
