摘要
以Moldflow作为技术平台,模拟分析了汽车车锁盖板成型过程。在塑件设计前期,预测制品可能出现的质量问题,通过增加导流板改善制品的填充模式,对模具的水路排布进行模拟分析,最后根据Moldflow分析结果进行现场试模调试,制品未出现质量问题,满足生产要求。
Based on Moldflow technology,the forming process of an automobile lock cover plate was simulated and analyzed.Some possible quality problems were forecasted and the filling pattern was improved by adding the baffles.Then the arrangement of waterway was simulated by Moldflow,and the Moldflow analysis result was applied to guide the mould tryout.
