摘要 运用大型通用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对注射模中的热流道热喷嘴主体结构进行热平衡分析,探索热喷嘴中加热线圈的缠绕方式对热喷嘴整体温度场的影响,并通过对分析中的最优结果进行试验,验证有限元分析的可靠性,从而指导热喷嘴产品的设计。 A heat balance analysis on the main structure of hot nozzle in hot runner system was made by ANSYS Workbench based on CAE platform in this paper.The influences of the wrapping pattern of heating coil on the hot nozzle temperature field were also studied.By experimenting with the optimal result in the analysis,the reliability of finite element analysis,which can effectively direct the design of hot nozzle products,was verified.
