摘要
可持续发展是接受当代全球人口、资源、环境挑战应运而生的新战略思维。四川省严重的环境、资源和人口问题是全国的一个缩影响。实施可持续发展战略是其唯一正确的选择。为此 ,应该科学地评价四川省的资源 ,正确认识长江上游生态环境建设的利益关系 ,将生态环境建设纳入可持续发展的轨道。
Sustainable development is a new strategical thinking which emerging is the requirement for accepting the challenges of environmental issues,resources and population around the world Sichuan Province faces serious environmental,resource and population problems,which is an epitome of China’s situation It is unique correct choice for Sichuan to carrry out sustainable development strategy So,we should scientifically assess resources of Sichuan Province and comment the benefit of ecological and environmental construction in the upper streams of the Yangtze We should bring ecological and environmental construction into the orbit of sustainable development
